ORDERING FLOWERS ONLINE

Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
+ Order by 12pm to guarantee same day delivery within the Melbourne metropolitan area.
+ Order by 2pm to guarantee same day delivery within the Melbourne metropolitan area but delivery will not be guaranteed before 7pm


Do you deliver to areas outside of Metropolitan Melbourne?
We can! Please call us on (03) 9690 4383 to let us know which suburb you'd like us to deliver to, and we'll let you know how soon we can get your order there and how much the delivery fee will be.


Do you deliver on Sunday's and Public Holidays?
Yes! We deliver every day, excluding Christmas day and from 31st Jan for 2 weeks while the business is closed.


Can I request a specific time for my delivery to arrive?
We endeavour to have all deliveries to businesses before 5pm.
If you require other specific times for delivery, please call us on (03) 9690 4383 to chat about your request directly with one of our friendly staff members.
There may be an extra charge for specific or short timeframes.

How far in advance should I order flowers?
Any of our current floral creations can be ordered online on the day by the above listed times! 
 
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
As the seasons change, flowers in Melbourne come and go, but our designs remain faithful to the style pictured in our online store. We will structure and select colours to match your product as closely to what is pictured as possible, but some substitutions may be necessary. Please don’t hesitate to phone us on (03) 9690 4383 to let us know if your flower order is specific.

Can I order a custom floral arrangement?
If you've got something special in mind, please give us a call or send us an email with your special request and the date you need it for. The more notice you give us; the better!
 
How long will my flowers last for?
Each flower has its own lifespan and there are so many factors that contribute to how long a cut flower will live for.
To get the most out of your flowers we recommend the following handy tips!
+ Re-cut stems on an angle every couple of days
+ Rinse out your vase/container and re-fill with fresh water frequently.
+ Keep your blooms away from direct, harsh sunlight
+ Keep your blooms away from heaters
Bonus tip; Buy locally grown blooms, and buy in season! We source our flowers from many local, quality flower growers as often as possible. So if in doubt, leave it to us to select what we think will last the longest!

SHIPPING QUERIES

 
When will my flower delivery be sent out?
Once you place your order, we make each order with the freshest flowers. We work our magic on our end and coordinate which courier can deliver it fastest! 
If there's a special time to deliver your order before or after, we cannot emphasise enough how important it is to call us on (03) 9690 4383 for delivery time confirmation.
 

Can I order online and pick the flowers up from your store?
Absolutely! When ordering flowers, simply pop in the delivery address as being our store address, and include in the notes section what time you'd like to us to have it ready for you!

What kind of Special Delivery Instructions are necessary or helpful?
If we are delivering to properties with security gates or to apartments, please include a contact number for the recipient so our courier can get in touch with them directly if need be.

What happens if the recipient isn't at home when you deliver the flowers?
If it's safe to leave the flowers, our courier will leave the flowers in a protected, shaded area and pop a calling card in their mailbox.
If you know a safe place to leave the flowers, (either on the property or with a trusted neighbour), let us know in the notes section of your order.

If it is not safe to leave the flowers, our courier will return the flowers to our shop and we'll notify you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
Pick up from the shop can be easily arranged, or we can deliver the flowers again under your instruction, but this will incur a re-delivery fee and require payment by credit card over the phone.

What happens if I supply incorrect shipping details?

At The Green Room, we trust the customer to provide us with accurate and detailed delivery information and we rely on the information you give to us.
Should there be an error with the information supplied resulting in the non-delivery of your order, a re-delivery fee will be incurred and will require payment by credit card over the phone to send your order out to the correct address.
